 Serves: 4 Instructions:- 
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- 
In a medium baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt. Toss to coat evenly. 
- 
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch more A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is golden and soft. 
- 
While the dish is baking, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. 
- 
Once the feta and tomatoes are done, use a spoon to mash and mix them together into a creamy sauce. 
- 
Add cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine. Add a bit of reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce. 
- 
Stir in fresh basil and season to taste with more A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt, if needed. 
- 
Serve warm and garnish with extra basil or chili flakes, if desired.

- 1 block (7 oz) feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt (plus more to taste)
- 10 oz pasta (penne or fusilli work well)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
