Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
A healthier twist on a classic favorite, these buffalo cauliflower bites are crispy, tangy, and perfect for any game day or casual snack. Try them with A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt for an extra kick.

Instructions:
1.   Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Â Â In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, A. Vogel Sea Salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Â Â Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Shake off any excess batter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Â Â Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
5. Â Â While the cauliflower bakes, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter or olive oil in a small bowl.
6. Â Â Remove the cauliflower from the oven, toss in the buffalo sauce mixture, and return to the baking sheet.
7. Â Â Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the edges are crispy.
8. Â Â Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing. -

• 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp A. Vogel Sea Salt (or A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt for extra flavor)
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
• 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
