• Chili-Lime Grilled Corn on the Cob

    This chili-lime grilled corn is smoky, tangy, and just the right amount of spicy. It’s the ultimate side dish for cookouts, BBQs, or taco night—and super easy to make.

    Cook Time: 10–12 minutes
    Total Time: 20–25 minutes
    Serves: 4

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Mix butter, lime juice, and chili powder.
    3. Brush corn generously with mixture.
    4. Grill corn, turning occasionally, 10–12 minutes until charred and tender.
    5. Brush with extra chili-lime butter.
    6. Sprinkle with salt, cotija, and cilantro. Add A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt for bold flavor. Serve hot with lime wedges.
