• Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

    This elegant summer salad is bursting with flavor — juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, peppery arugula, and a herbed sea salt finish.

    • Total Time: 15 minutes

    Serves: 4 (as a side or starter)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    2. Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil.

    3. Grill peaches cut-side down for 2–3 minutes or until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened. Set aside.

    4. In a large bowl or serving platter, layer arugula and grilled peach halves.

    5. Tear burrata into smaller pieces and arrange over the salad.

    6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.

    7. Sprinkle generously with A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt and a few cracks of black pepper.

    8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

    • 5 oz arugula
    • 2 balls burrata cheese
    • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
    • 1/2 tsp A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt (or to taste)
    • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
    • Fresh basil, for garnish
