            Grilled Peach and Burrata SaladThis elegant summer salad is bursting with flavor — juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, peppery arugula, and a herbed sea salt finish. - 
Prep Time: 10 minutes

 Serves: 4 (as a side or starter) Instructions:- 
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 
- 
Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. 
- 
Grill peaches cut-side down for 2–3 minutes or until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened. Set aside. 
- 
In a large bowl or serving platter, layer arugula and grilled peach halves. 
- 
Tear burrata into smaller pieces and arrange over the salad. 
- 
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. 
- 
Sprinkle generously with A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt and a few cracks of black pepper. 
- 
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

- 5 oz arugula
- 2 balls burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/2 tsp A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt (or to taste)
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
