• Grilled Pineapple with Spicy Sea Salt and Lime

    Turn fresh pineapple into a summer showstopper with just a grill and a few seasonings. Caramelized and smoky-sweet, this grilled pineapple gets a zing from fresh lime juice and a savory kick from A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt. It’s the perfect side, dessert, or cocktail garnish!

    Cook Time: 6 minutes

    Total Time: 11 minutes

    Serves: 4 people

    Instructions:

    1.     Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    2.     Brush pineapple slices lightly with olive oil.

    3.     Grill pineapple for about 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the fruit caramelizes slightly.

    4.     Transfer to a platter.

    5.     Squeeze lime juice over the grilled pineapple.

    6.     Sprinkle with A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt.

    7.     Optional: drizzle with honey for a sweet finish.

    8.     Serve warm or at room temperature.
