Grilled Portobello Burgers with Herbed Sea Salt
These grilled portobello burgers are a hearty vegetarian delight. Marinated in balsamic and olive oil, the mushrooms become juicy and savory, perfectly complemented by A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt for an herbaceous finish. Ideal for your next barbecue!

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, and A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt.
2. Brush marinade over mushroom caps and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
4. Grill mushrooms cap-side down for about 4 minutes, then flip and grill 3-4 minutes more, until tender.
5. Toast burger buns on the grill if desired.
6. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, grilled mushroom caps, and any extra toppings.
