• Herb-Infused Spring Pasta

    Light, fresh, and bursting with seasonal flavors, this spring pasta is the perfect way to welcome warmer days. A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt enhances every bite.

    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 25 minutes

    Instructions:

    1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
    3. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
    4. Toss in the cooked pasta, lemon zest, and Parmesan or feta. Stir to combine.
    5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

    • 12 oz pasta (linguine, penne, or fusilli)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan or feta cheese
    • ¼ cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped
