• Herbed Sea Salt Grilled Veggie Platter

    A rainbow of summer veggies becomes a feast on the grill. Brushed with olive oil and finished with A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt, this vibrant platter makes a perfect side dish, light entrée, or party centerpiece.

    Prep Time: 10 minutes

    Cook Time: 8-10 minutes

    Total Time: 18-20 minutes

    Serves: 4-6 people

    Instructions:

    1.     Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    2.     Brush all vegetables with olive oil on both sides.

    3.     Sprinkle generously with A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt.

    4.     Grill vegetables 3-4 minutes per side, until tender and lightly charred.

    5.     Arrange veggies on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs.

    6.     Serve warm.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
    • 1 yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
    • 1 red bell pepper, quartered
    • 1 yellow bell pepper, quartered
    • 1 small eggplant, sliced into ½-inch rounds
    • 1 red onion, sliced into thick rings
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 1 ½ tsp A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt (or to taste)
