Honey BBQ Pork with Rice & Green Beans

Instructions:
- Cook the Pork:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season pork with black pepper and A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add honey BBQ sauce and 2 tablespoons of water, and stir to combine.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pork. Remove from heat. - Make the Rice:
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Stir in rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and set aside. - Prepare the Green Beans:
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Toss in green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.
- Season with A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt - Serve:
- Plate the rice, top with honey BBQ pork, and serve with green beans on the side.

• 1 lb boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin, sliced into medallions
• ½ cup honey BBQ sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp water
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt, to taste
For the Rice:
• 1 cup long-grain white rice
• 2 cups water
For the Green Beans:
• 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt, to taste
