• Honey BBQ Pork with Rice & Green Beans

    A satisfying and flavorful meal that brings together tender, saucy pork, simple fluffy rice, and crisp green beans for a balanced and delicious dinner the whole family will love!

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pork:
      - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
      - Season pork with black pepper and A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt.
      - Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
      - Reduce heat to medium-low, add honey BBQ sauce and 2 tablespoons of water, and stir to combine.
      - Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pork. Remove from heat.
    2. Make the Rice:
      - In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
      - Stir in rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
      - Fluff with a fork and set aside.
    3. Prepare the Green Beans:
      - In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
      - Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
      - Toss in green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender but slightly crisp.
      - Season with A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt
    4. Serve:
      - Plate the rice, top with honey BBQ pork, and serve with green beans on the side.
