• Lemon-Herb Grilled Chicken Skewers

    Fresh herbs and bright lemon turn these simple grilled chicken skewers into a flavorful, go-to summer dinner. Serve with grilled veggies, over rice, or in a wrap for a complete meal.

    Prep Time: 20 minutes (plus marinating)
    Cook Time: 12 minutes
    Total Time: 35–40 minutes
    Serves: 4

    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice/zest, garlic, herbs, and seasonings.
    2. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
    3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
    4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
    5. Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (165°F).
    6. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle of A. Vogel Spicy Sea Salt.
