Fresh herbs and bright lemon turn these simple grilled chicken skewers into a flavorful, go-to summer dinner. Serve with grilled veggies, over rice, or in a wrap for a complete meal.

Serves: 4Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice/zest, garlic, herbs, and seasonings.
- Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (165°F).
