- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and spices. Let sit while you prepare the slaw.
- In a separate bowl, mix cabbage, mayo, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
