    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and spices. Let sit while you prepare the slaw.
    2. In a separate bowl, mix cabbage, mayo, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    3. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
    4. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
    5. Assemble tacos with slaw, shrimp, and fresh cilantro. Finish with lime juice and a healthy dose of spicy sea salt.

    For the slaw:
    • 2 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
    • 2 tablespoons mayo
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    To serve:
    • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
    • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges
