• Herbed Sea Salt Roasted Root Vegetables 🍠🥕

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven
      Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Prepare the Vegetables
      In a large bowl, combine the carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes, and beets. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with rosemary and A. Vogel Herbed Sea Salt. Toss to coat evenly.
    3. Roast the Vegetables
      Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and golden.
